| The enzyme assistive technology applied to a number of active ingredientsextraction processes from some natural medicines in this article. To determine themost suitable enzymes and the highest plant active ingredients yields, we useddifferent enzymes to pretreatment the samples of marigold, rhubarb, Huaijiao,Miaojian and Codonopsis, and detected enzyme treatment effects by scanning electronmicroscopy. On the basis of single factor experiments to explore the influences ofextraction time, extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio and solvent types andconcentration and other key factors in the active ingredients extraction processes.Finally, we obtained the optimum extraction conditions of the different plant activeingredients by Response Surface Design.The research content were summarized in the first part of this paper. From thesecond to sixth part the writer respectively discussed the extraction processes ofenzyme assisted marigold lutein, Rhubarb total anthraquinone, Huaijiao totalflavonoids, Maojian catechin, and Dangshen polysaccharide. The effects of thexylanase enzyme, protease, cellulose enzymes on different substrates were mainlyinvestigated. Experiments combined response surface methodology design to obtainthe optimum conditions.At last, on the basis of the above experiments, It sumarized the extraction of theenzyme assisted extractions of active ingredients form traditional Chinese medicines,and analyzed the excellent feature and forward-looking of the method in use. |
