| Purpose:Through this course of study, PKP in pain relief time, restoration of vertebral body height and reduce the Cobb angle and other aspects of the advantages of.Method:The201101to201201months in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the No.1Hospital of Jilin University of the thoracic and lumbar compression fracture patients, respectively, into operation group30cases, conservative treatment group of30cases, two groups were recorded before and after operation in patients with pain relief time, Cobb angle, anterior wall height.Result:The two groups were30patients.Before treatment in two groups in gender, age, VAS value, with the anterior vertebral height and Cobb angle, there were no statistically significant difference.After PKP day VAS value of2.62±1.94,1month after operation was1.35±1.55,1.72±1.43after March, while the control group is5.34±1.55,3.95±1.51,1.34±1.28; after the observation analysis, PKP after treatment of a month, in the relief of pain symptoms ways to is obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05) was statistically significant; and until three months after the two groups of pain symptoms are quite basic, P>0.05, not statistically significant.Treatment of vertebral body height and the angle of Cobb has been largely restored, while another group of cases of anterior wall height reduced slightly, Cobb angle is also growing momentum; by prior treatment of16.35±8.82°; increases to after treatment with16.35±9.50°; during the same period, anterior vertebral body height decreased with the change, from1.90+0.84cm to1.88±0.65cm.3months after PKP excellent rate (86.67%), the control group the excellent rate was80%, among the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05)Conclusion:the operation can shorten the patients lying in bed time, reduce bone loss, so that patients with early functional exercise, improve the quality of life of patients; and bolster law slow onset, time of lying in bed long, prone to a variety of complications. |
