The compounds of nitro-imidazole derivatives are prepared by nitrating imidazole in sulphuric acid , and most of them are important pharmaceutical intermediates . Metronidazole was derived from nitro-imidazole and applied in killing infusorian and amebic protozoa clinically . Later, it was discovered that it can kill anaerobe , and applied widely .18 compounds of metronidazole derivatives have been designed and synthesized in this paper . The preliminary pharmacological tests showed that most of derivatives exhibited the anti-anaerobe activities.Recently, more and more sweeting agents were invented . Sucralose is one of them that are safer and nicer. This paper studied the conversion of sucrose through four steps synthesized into Sucralose (1) blocking hydroxyl groups with trityl chloride and acetic acid ; (2) detritylating and migrating acetyl group with acetic acid; (3) chlorinating with thionyl chloride ; (4) deace -tylating with methanol-sodium methoxide.The yield was 11%.In this paper 22 compounds were synthesized, 12 of them were new Compounds. Their chemical structures have been confirmed by ~1HNMR,MS.
