Competitiveness Of The Impact Of A Sense Of Subjective Well-being And The Intermediary Role Of Achievement Motivation

College students are in a particular stage of the development of life, the increasingly fierce competition for this group has produced significant influence. Those with positive competition psychology and the appropriate achievement motivation can succeed in the competition. Therefore, the research about the relationship of college students'competitive attitude, achievement motive and SWB is a very important meaning. Not only has an important theoretical significance, but also help to improve and enhance students' life quality and mental health level. However, the relevant domestic reaserch are rarely, they are not paid enough attention of scholars. This study attempts to reaserch from implict social cognition, this paper discusses the influence between Subjeetive Well-Being, competitive attitude and achievement motivation on college students.This research attempts to determine the structure of competitiveness in the psychological review by self-report scale and IAT, In this premise, the paper will reaseach the relationship between competitiveness and SWB.At last, the paper will discuss the intermediary role of achievement motive between competitiveness and SWB. This research uses University Students'Competitiveness Scale.The Achievement Motive Scale (i.e.AMS) and Sense of Subjeetive Well-being Scale.Combined with the IAT to survey the implict competitiveness and implict Subjective Well-being. The results of the study indicate that:1. The correlation of the explicit competitiveness and implicit competitiveness of college students is very low, and it's not significantly correlated. The results indicate that the two are different kinds of psychological structure, Through the confirmatory factor analysis,it shows that the competitiveness is a dual structure psychological model, it contains a implicit composition and an explicit composition.2. The relationship of College students' competitiveness and Subjective Well-being are frequent. By investigating the relations between implicit competitiveness, explicit competitiveness and implicit and explicit Subjective Well-being, the paper found that implicit competitiveness can also predict explicit SWB and implicit SWB. Overall, compared with explicit competitiveness, implicit competitiveness has greater predictors on Subjective Well-being. 3. Support the achievement motivation for the dimension of competitiveness content of competitiveness and the index of Subjeetive Well-Being plays an intermediary role between the dimension,on the other dimensions of competitiveness and Subjeetive Well-being does not exist between the medium.
