Li Shan's exegesis on Wen xuan cite many sources, many scholars study it and they mainly focus on three aspects:firstly, looking for the usual practice of annotations to restore the original appearance of Li Shan's exegesis; secondly, collating, emendation and textual criticism by using the quotations; thirdly, counting the cited sources'statistical quantity to learn the general picture of literatures and exegesis in Li Shan's times, etc. But all these studies are lack of systematic investigations on the reliability of Li Shan's exegesis, so, although there was already a text titled Textual Criticism of Li Shan s Exegesis on Wen xuan cited Han shu by Zhao Yufang who studied in Nanjing Normal University, further explorations can still be done in this angel. Li Shan's exegesis on Wen xuan amount to sixty volumes, and quote more than three thousand pieces from Han shu. ("Han shu said" count one but "said again" don't count in). On the other hand, some of the quotations had been carelessly omitted or incorrectly used, such as word omission, word redundancy or use of wrong words. They seemingly should not exist in this great quantity, so many scholars have done researches to correct them. But the careless omissions and errors should be a special phenomenon. Some of them are due to transcribing. But most of them are mainly due to Li Shan's undercover quotation manner. This paper is divided into three chapters to inspect and analyze the eight hundred quotations in the fifteen volumes. To put it in detail:Chapter 1 is "study on quote words in quoting Han shu", Through the analysis of all sixty volumes of the "quote words", it is found that its "cited Han shu's zan and shu, etc. contents of the history criticism named the author" "articles with the same name or a number of different issues "and so on. compared Li's note with the other books or articles he cited in wenxuan and with Yiwenleiju's citations. The conclusion is:Li viewed historical content and zan or shu of Han shu as two systems and mistakes may exist in the statistics of citations in the book, and so on.Chapter 2 is "Quote the content of research". Concentrating on the citations in the fifth volume, the paper can visually be divided into "easily result in an objecOltive error or misunderstanding of the citation type," and "did not cause the wrong citation of objective type" two categories, and the two categories are further divided into several categories. Also according to the actual needs, under all categories, this paper add the Li note cited Songs of the South and other books (articles) for further argument. this paper list the examples that are mistakes or could easily lead to misunderstanding, so that scholars could recognize the reliability of the quotations themselves.Generally speaking, the right and wrong are just surface phenomena, which can only show the problems existing in the citations. But to do in-depth content analysis of citations, structural analysis should be used, that is, in parallel factors or in parallel systems, Li Shan omitted the parallel ones, or integrated them. Although this analysis approach does not cover all problems, yet it still applies to large fields. In addition, through the analysis of the concrete examples in the two types of citations, there exist some common features, namely, "meaning the same unit" and "was impact by the explained word," and so on. These two features to a certain extent could provide reference for the rational use of quotations.Chapter 3 is "The study of quote the utterance". Through the establishment of the large units of discourse, as "quote word+ quote the content " model, this chapter contacts the first two chapters, and does a structural analysis on the citations as a whole (that is, quote word+quote the content), this paper find that both show some common issues, so as to provide reference for the feasibility of structural analysis.
