History Of Sexual Morality In China (1949-2009)

The paper discussed the Chinese history of sexual morality in the perspective of positivism ethical sociology from 1949 to 2009. Through analyzed and defined sex, sexual morality, and sexual ethics moral history, I did some ethical research about love, marriage, ethical research situation between 1949 and 2009 in Chinese society. The paper analyzed each period of sexual ethics spirit, social and cultural properties and its specific content from history and reality, physical, psychological and many other social aspects of each period, then saw through different conditions of human nature and different circumstances of free existence in different historical periods. This paper argued that, China had experienced three stages sexual morality between 1949 and 2009, the sexual morality of political liberation and equality spirit, the politicisation of China's sexual morality, sexual morality of materialized in free orientation. This paper discussed the ethical spirit of sexual morals change in nearly 60 years of China's sexual morality, aimed to highlight to cultivate people's sexual ethics and moral responsibility spirit, made people sex conform to social ethics requirements.
