| The Christian adolescents' religious faith was influenced by many factors, including the adolescents'parents, peer, and community and so on. However, there not any research about it in china. This researchexplored the theme with sociology, psychology and religion's view,both quantitative analysis andqualitative analysis processed data which was collected via questionnaire from Christian adolescents , theirparents and other people in the same community. The main study results are as follows:1. The Christian adolescents' parents hope their children to be Christian, several different methods wereused, just as request their children attending church, reading bible, set examples and pray up to God. Theparents'influence is decreasing with the developing of children's recognition and judgments, theyinternalized the Christian faith as themselves.2. The Christian adolescents receive different opinions about the religious faith from their associates,including positive, negative and neutral views, and the Christian adolescents believe that the negativeviews make no differences to their religious faith. The Christian adolescents prefer associates who also areChristian to non-Christian, but it is depended on the situations, if they could preach to them. This reflectsthe Christian adolescents'religiosity.3. The Christian adolescents and their parents have similar opinion about religious surroundings, whichcontains church and interaction between people with different faith, the only difference is Christianadolescents expect to be friend of non-Christian, but their parent want preach to non- Christian's andchange their faith, eventually to be Christian. The non-Christian respect Christian and their faith, and wishChristian will respect too, so the Christian parents and non-Christian have different expect for each other.Therefore, both non-Christian and Christian need coordinate their attitude some way. |
