Creativity research is divided into explicit theory and implicit theory (implicit view), the former refers to the opinions from creative research experts, the latter focuses on the contents or perspectives about creativities that common people form in a plain way. Implicit Theories of Creativity is the recent progress in research, and it is widely viewed a necessary complement to explicit theory. Implicit Theories of Creativity domestic and foreign research results have already reached a basic agreement that the creative content including cognitive, personality and the environment. These studies will help to explore the concept of the nature and meaning of creativity. The main stream in these studies basically using a large sample surveys, revealed the content of the implicit theory, which was comprehensive, but not profound. For instant, what causes people to have differences in understanding on creativities embodied with some aspects of emphasis on personality, some aspects of emphasis on cognitive thinking, and some pay more attention to situational factors. These differences affect the concept of the practice of education tend to creativity, so it is greatly valuable to explore in depth the differences on creativities implicit and significantly the same to personnel training. In this study, attribution theory is employed to reveal the intrinsic link between attributional preference and implicit theories of creativity. The first study is of a survey by questionnaire in the form of self-consciousness for the purpose of study the impact due to the different creativity attribution. In the study, 108 subjects are divided into the self-awareness-through-the-launch group and without-self-awareness groups. Surveys form are used Caihua Jian et al (2001) Implicit Theories of Creativity Questionnaire. The study found that the internal control subjects in self-awareness group attributed to more individual psychological factors, and the external control subjects in the controlled group attributed to greater creativity situational factors. The second study Of is a 2×2 experimental design to investigate the role of cognitive resources to be tested due to the impact of creativity. 100 undergraduate students were tested in accordance with the actors - the observer, instant group - enhanced set of two dimensional group. The results showed that the observer subjects were tested more than the actors to make a situational attribution creativity, and cognitive resources, implicit theory of creativity, no significant effect on performance. The study concluded that self-awareness, perspectives and resources to view the role of implicit theory of creativity has many of the manifestations. Specifically speaking, when people starts self-awareness, creativity, manifestation of implicit theory was tested with the same style of attribution; when people as the role of observers rather than actors in evaluating creativity, it is more to situational factors.
