In this thesis, on the premise of holding full and accurate corpus, based on the scientific definition and all-sided depiction of the sentences with both passive voice and disposal construction co-occurrence and combined-use, we come to a conclusion about semantic meanings of this kind of syntactical structure: NP1 is affected for the agent NP2 has an effect on the object NP3. It means that the effect that NP1 has undergone is transmitted from NP3 by the special semantic relations between NP1 and NP3, which are possessive relation, equating relation and duplicate referencing relation. These sentences aim to express strong suffering meaning of NP1, which is a kind of subjective and emotional movement to NP1 of speaker. We can sum up the semantic frames of the two formats, which belong to the sentences with both passive voice and disposal construction co-occurrence and combined-use, and unify them as, subjective sufferer-strong affect-the matter of effect.Grammaticalization theory, Cognitive Grammar theory and Construction Grammar theory are applied to explain the generation mechanism of the sentences with both passive voice and disposal construction co-occurrence and combined-use. In order to realize the consistency of textual organization and add the capacity of information communication, the speaker follows the pragmatic Economy Principle and applies the sentences with both passive voice and disposal construction co-occurrence and combined-use to present the matter multi-angularly, which reconstructs the semantic frame wholly. The kind of sentences also generate as a result of the Subjectivity of language. To subjectively analyze and understand the matter, the speaker integrates the passive voice and disposal construction in the way of intercepting and connecting two matters, which are in causality. That results in the generation of"emergent meaning": Strong suffering meaning and subjective emotional movement. Finally, according to the tongue slips, we can detect the psychological reality of the sentences with both passive voice and disposal construction co-occurrence and combined-use.
