The Typeface Design Research Of Guide System In Ancient Architecture Museums

This thesis mainly discusses the typeface design of guide system in Ancient Architecture Museums, which including the well-preserved complex from the ancient, and they are open to the public in form of former residence at present. Since the most existing architectures were built in Ming and Qing dynasty, this thesis is focus on these two dynasties. The Ancient Architecture Museums are the best display platform of traditional Chinese traditional culture, and the guide system has played an important role in guide and communication, the typeface design in the system is the most powerful tool to spread information. This paper begins with research the state of typeface design in ancient architecture museums'guide system, find out the related elements to typeface design, identify the problems in current situation, and try to find out how to solve the problems.
