The Contemporary Entrepreneurs' Ethics And Moral Construction In Ourcountry

Since reform and opening-up, China's enterprises have a broad space for development. Enterprise provide a wealth of products and services for consumers and the community. It also make great contributions to the prosperity of the market, economic growth and the improvement of people's lives. Entrepreneurs are enterprises'moses, they created a huge economic social wealth, and promoted the development of China's market economy.However,there is a huge uncertainty and unexpected problems in the process of economic system transformation and social transformation. There is a large number of entrepreneurs, immoral and anti-ethical business practices in the field of economic activities. They seek maximal benefits by any means, so the case of entrepreneurs misconduct in the phenomenon of moral hazard have occurred. To a certain extent ,it not only affect the lives of the people, interfering with the market economic order, but became a major economic development shackles. "San Lu milk powder" incident appears in 2008 ,which triggered a major earthquake in China's dairy industry. People exclaim that entrepreneurs'ethics and moral has declined in the economy market.Chapter I of this paper from the formation and development of domestic and foreign entrepreneurs ethics, to tell entrepreneurs should have the patriotic spirit of the higher self-cultivation and social responsibility. Adopted by the second chapter "sanlu milk powder" caused by events of consequence to reveal the ethical problems of the lack of entrepreneurs in our country. China's entrepreneurs have some common problems, such as Imperfection of self-cultivation, weak sense of integrity, lack of social responsibility, no great strategic thinking. Chapter III discusses importance of ethic construction of entrepreneur groups, mainly from the ethics of entrepreneurs on China's social development and the influence of their own. The fourth chapter mainly discusses effective ways to raise the level of ethics of entrepreneurs.We should adopt the Marxist morality ,the traditional virtues of ancient China, and relevant laws and regulations to enhance the level of entrepreneurial ethics, rebuild the leading authority on entrepreneurship, build a good corporate culture, improve the social credit system, and promote China's sustained and healthy economic development.
