Chinese learners are always entailing with the unideal part on the pronunciation, but we don't know how to deal with these questions, just like where we should find the questions, how to correct them and why they have happened. The biggest question is that the Chinese learners only thinking what they should do by heart, but the accuracy of pronunciation is only 90%.But I find when the Korean student learn the initial consonant and vowel , the difficult point which is happening all the time is universal and regular. So I think: there will be a common answer to the universal problem which most people regularly have and I want to seek the answer to the question so that I begin to study this subject. In this thesis, through comparing the system of the initial consonant and vowel on both the Chinese and Korean, in this process I find the difficult points which are usually appearing when Korean learning the initial consonant and vowel in Chinese .Through the investigation I deeply feel the difficulty on the process that students learning the Chinese pronunciation. Finally, I study on the teaching principle and the teaching method which can help Korean students to pronounce correctly.Nowadays, in Korean, the increasing speed on Chinese learning is catching up with the step of China's development. Through this study, it will be better if the study can help the students to learn pronunciation in an effective way and I hope it can also bring the gospel to the most students who are boring about their 90% pronunciation.
