Domain knowledge assembles conception, conceptive interconnection and conceptive limitation in a certain area. Discipline domain knowledge refers to the knowledge chunks and cognitive operation schema organized by relevant, logical and operational knowledge in specific knowledge by knowledge qualities and cognitive characteristics which includes doctrinal content, cognitive process and problematic condition. Many studies indicate that domain knowledge and working memory plays an important role in the individual cognitive process, but they rarely involve internal subsystems of working memory in the process of individual senior learning psychology.This paper is based on the knowledge structural concept of disciplinary domain knowledge, composing disciplinary domain knowledge with the unit knowledge of physics in junior high school. It is conducted that disciplinary domain knowledge and disciplinary unit knowledge respectively as the experimental group and control group, with the methods of the"Dual tasks"paradigm of working memory, so as to explore the subsystems involvement of working memory and examine relation model of working memory and domain knowledge in the process of learning these two sorts of knowledge. The results were as follows:1. The domain knowledge teaching material significantly improves student's physical learning achievement, it promoted the students'knowledge learning efficiency, it's good to improve their learning achievement;2. The visuospatial sketchpad of working memory was involved in the domain knowledge's learning process, there wasn't a subsystem of working memory participate in the process of disciplinary unit the knowledge's learning3. Working memory and domain knowledge suggested"independent influence model"; Working memory as an individual potential structure of cognitive exists in different types of cognitive e tasks plays a robust role, its role was limited impacted from domain knowledge hasn't significant interaction.
