The Study Of Financing Mode Of Shaanxi Cultural Industry Capital Co., Ltd.

Cultural industries financing problems of China has been a bottleneck restricting the development of cultural industries. Domestic cultural industry enterprises need to improve their financial capability to obtain more money, which will promote the vigorous development of China's cultural industry.The object of this paper is Shaanxi Cultural Industry Capital Co., Ltd., and the problem is to evaluate the company's financing capacity. Firstly, the paper reviews the relevant theories and methods for the financing situation of China's cultural industry, explains the environment and the parties involved in the problem. Secondly, the paper uses questionnaires to identify indicators. Through questionnaires and analysis, the paper gets 9 indicators reflecting the ability of finance capability, such as financing scale, financing costs and other. And the paper gets the index weights using AHP. Thirdly, this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate finance capabilities of Shaanxi Cultural Industry Capital Co., Ltd. and the result shows that five high weight indicators are all poor, which need to be greatly improved. At last, the paper analyzes the reasons of the problem and gives a series of financing capacity improvements, including to establish a sound financing mechanisms and to establish a rational organizational structure to attract professional talents.The results of the study have important guiding and reference significance for cultural industry financing of companies and other sectors.
