Research On Non-Maleficence And Its Statute Of Harm Events On Biomedicine

Non-maleficence as one of the four basic principles of bioethics, is widely accepted and regarded as the dominant moral philosophy and the core principle of applied ethics. Non-maleficence should not be limited to the field of bioethics, it also should be the bottom line of morality in a human society, and be promoted and carried forward in the whole society. It is of great importance to advocate and promote the non-maleficence which is essential to realize the harmony between man and society and nature. People must insist non-maleficence in order to achieve social sustainability, healthy and harmonious development of the whole society. People should adhere to non-maleficence, in order to make spiritual beliefs of the people-oriented society more explicit, the relationship among people more coordinated.Science and technology, and in particular biotechnology, which is in relation to the life sciences and medical sciences brings great economic and social benefits to human beings, but at the same time, it also brings many unintended consequences and potential hazards to human beings and society. Every new invention in the field of biotechnology has brought us benefits, and also has posed a huge security risk to human beings. The development of science needs to limit the negative effects of this technology and to prevent such inappropriate use of technology, correspondingly to reduce the possible harm to human beings. Non-maleficence as the basis of the ethical principles in the field of biomedical ethics, has an irreplaceable role in biomedical research and applications although its negative impact of this social environment to mankind.Non-maleficence in contemporary society as the bottom line which should be abided by human beings because of the complexity of social conflicts, the diversity of crisis, the diversity of value, and the severity of harm. Non-maleficence plays the biggest role of contemporary society, and can apply to the largest range of applications. In contemporary society, there are multiple ethical standards of present global society. Non-maleficence plays the role as "global ethics" or "universal ethics" in the world, being widely recognized and popular applied.This paper first explains the mean of non-maleficence and then it has an ethical analysis on non-maleficence. On the basis of demonstrating the underlying reality and realistic significance of non-maleficence, the key of this paper are the presentation of ethical countermeasure of frequent harm events in the biomedical field and the whole society. This paper researches the role of non-maleficence on the modern statute of biomedical events in the biomedical field. I believe that the damage phenomenon, and also frequent injuries in the social interaction between people, should be combined with the actual conditions of our country. Then it gives suggestions or takes measures to solve this problem, and to help to realize the institutionalization and legalization of non-maleficence. People who are yearning for a harmonious society and harmonious relationships hope that non-maleficence can play its essential role in promoting better mutual respect between people and in building a harmonious society. This desire makes non-maleficence more prominent in the increasingly complex society.
