China's Triple Play Prospective Study Of Media Ethics

June 30, 2010, the State Council announced a triple play of the first batch of 12 pilot areas (cities) list, which officially kicked off triple play.Triple play will extend past a single information service to our deep and covers all aspects of life. Therefore, Media ethics problem exists in every place we live. At present, China's triple play in the pilot stage, the ethical problem of lack of first emerged, broadcasting and telecommunications asymmetric access, broadcasting and telecommunications appear in The Battle of the vicious competition, and the triple play of new media on the ethics of freedom and lack of responsibility for conflict problem. With the advancement of triple play, ethical problems will increasingly highlight the missing.This paper aims at the process of triple play predictable media ethics issues, prospective analysis and make recommendations to help the media in the triple play when facing ethical dilemmas, how to correctly understand the ethical crux of the problem and find solutions .
