Children's emotional competence is an important aspect of social competence, play an important role in children's social adaptation. In this study, the relevant literature and information on the research base, through self pupils'emotional competence" questionnaire and" pro-social behavior questionnaire, the lower primary students' emotional capacity and pro-social behavior test to explore the emotions of lower primary students the relationship between capacity and pro-social behavior, emotional competence and the development trend of pro-social behavior do in-depth discussion.The results showed that:(1) Social questionnaire based on the extraction of the three common factors of the questionnaire is expected questionnaire structure, including emotional expression, emotion regulation, emotional understanding of the three dimensions. Self lower primary students "emotional competence" questionnaire have a good reliability and validity.(2) Lower primary emotional ability of the overall level of development in the middle on the various dimensions of emotional competence is a more balanced development. Lower primary students' emotional competence in the gender difference was not significant, significant difference in grade. The study shows that second grade is a critical period of development of emotional competence.(3) Lower primary student pro-social behavior at an aggregate level in the mid to upper level. Among them, the highest level of development of helping behavior; no significant difference in the overall pro-social behavior in the gender and helping behavior, but there are significant gender differences, girls helping behavior significantly more than boys. Pro-social behavior in the three grade variables, a significant difference. Lower primary student's pro-social behavior with increasing grade and gradually increase in third-grade student's pro-social behavior than the first and second grade.(4) Lower primary students' emotional competence and pro-social behavior correlation analysis showed that emotional competence and pro-social behavior were significantly positively correlated The regression effect of the emotional ability to pro-social behavior significantly. Emotional ability to predict pro-social behavior.In summary, this study on the basis of past emotional competence and pro-social behavior, on the emotional ability to contain factor authentication, fully proved that the emotional ability to contain emotional expression, emotion regulation, emotional understanding of the content. to prove that emotional competence can be a good prediction for primary school students'pro-social behavior.
