Because of the unity of the military operation mode, lead to Burma power became the world's most prominent national problem is one of the most severe countries, ethnic problems become long plagued Burma domestic factors to the development of new soldiers, this paper to myanmar on national policies implemented by the government as the research background, the case to a large number of historical basis, using history, deconstruction of politics and economics concepts and theories of Burma's military government, the new national policy implementation of the system evolution, in-depth analysis, comparative politics and development key to highlight about political reform and authoritarian political type, through the use of transformation theory of 1988 Nestor before temperature regime and other southeast Asia authoritarian political type compare, from the political, economic, social and national culture, new Angle, to the military regime of national policy implementation in Burma in the process of national reconciliation, national policy function and influence the background, long-standing reason, the future development trends are studied.In addition, this paper also noticed that in 1988 after, Burma's military regime of new national interests needs, actively adjust the national policy.
