Consolidate And Strengthen The Legitimacy Of The Chinese Communist Party Research

In the late twentieth century, the Soviet Union, Eastern Europe and other socialist countries have undergone enormous changes. The destruction of the Party and national subjugation brought us a warning. Although we have experienced the political fluctuations, reviewing the history since the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, on behalf of the fundamental interests of the majority of the people, with the support of the people, we surmount the difficulties again and again. Facing the changes in international relations, the people's growing material and cultural needs, how can China maintain long-term stability and development? How does the Chinese Communist Party always represent the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people? The warning of the history and the realistic problems pose the question that how to consolidate and strengthen the party's political legitimacy in front of Chinese Communist Party.Based on this strong color of background, this paper tries to proceed from the general principles of legality, adopting the method of historical materialism, comparative research method and combination methods of political science and historical sociology, this paper tries to analyze the construction and development process of the political legitimacy of Chinese Communist Party in different historical periods. And using the dramatic changes of Soviet Union and Eastern Europe and other important historic events as the reference, this paper tries to further demonstrate the historic experiences in the construction and development process of the political legitimacy of the Communist Party of China, this paper tries to explore the further development trend and outlook of legitimacy construction.This paper includes four parts. The first part gives the general outline of the connotation of legitimacy and the foundation of political legitimacy of Chinese Communist Party. The second part reviews the history of the ruling of Chinese Communist Party and analyzes the hard work and practices of the political legitimacy of Chinese Communist Party from ideological, economic and regulation angles. The third part analyzes the reason of the enormous changes in Soviet Union, Eastern Europe and other socialist countries. Draw lessons from their failure and provide experiences for the ruling party. In addition, this part describes a series of challenges brought by the establishment of socialist market economic system to legitimacy of the Communist Party of China. Based on the previous three chapters, the fourth chapter further proposed the way to consolidate and strengthen the legitimacy of the Communist Party of China, and from value, rules and performance identity, these three dimensions respectively, to strengthen the support and sense of identity of people, and then to consolidate and strengthen our legitimacy purposes.
