All of these days the Taiwan question is the hotspot in the international society. It plays an important role in China and even the world peace and development process. The research of Taiwan question is not only an important historical topic, also is the important realistic subject. Studies on the evolution and the influencing factors of mainland policy of Taiwan authorities are of great significant.Mainland policy is in an important factor to guide cross-strait relations in Taiwan question. Analyzing the continental policy of Taiwan authorities formulate more targeted and more flexible work of Taiwan strategy. This article analyzes mainland policy of Taiwan authorities including three aspects of all aspects of the systematic evolution, finding out the key changing point; Contrast specific changing point, combined with history and reality, summarized the influence of the Taiwan authorities mainland policy factors;On the basis of analyzing these factors, and combining the orientation of the Taiwan authorities mainland policy towards Taiwan and the mainland, the present situation of nearly step for future continental policy on Taiwan deepening recommendations were made. The article is divided into five chapters.
