Group Events' Occurrence Mechanism And Coping Mechanism In China's Transition Period

At present, china is in a period of transition on social structure and economic system meanwhile. Different kinds of social questions and conflicts occurred one after another, show a multiply trend. The arising scale and affection caused by mass disturbances, has arisen widen attention and research. There are several elements lead to group events, not only macroscopic elements in social circumstance and policy, but also microscopic elements in individual and group psychology and so on. The reason as imbalance of allocation in profits, the strain in structure, make the events happened, its trend depends on complex psychology of the mass. For preventing and coping with the events in properly, it needs to connect with the background of transition period, explore the development of the mass internal psychology mechanism. The last part, conclusion, for the prevention and dealing with the mass disturbance, set Five strategies to work in concert with the beginning.
