The Context Of A Harmonious Society, China's Civil Service Administrative Ethics Education

Building socialistic harmonious society is the government's goals of social management and public services .The Core objectives of harmonious society is the Pursuit of social equity and justice. At present, our country is in the period of a rapid and profound social change , the whole society is facing diversity of ethical values. In public administration field, government personnel are difficult to get rid of perplexity of the value choice caused by social change. Extreme individualism, Extreme egocentric, utilitarianism and hedonistic, became the philosophy of life. Some civil servants corrupt and degenerate, bribe ,seek private interests. Moral lack of the Administrative area can be the stumbling block of constructing harmonious society and service government. In the background of constructing harmonious society, improving our civil servants'administrative ethical standards is the most important task of civil servants team construction.The thesis is trying to enhance administrative ethics standard from the perspective of administrative ethical education , and explore practical path of the civil servant administrative ethics training ,whose purpose is improve our civil servants overall ethics level through education.The text is divided into five parts. The first part mainly described the research situation at home and abroad, and defined relative terms. The second part mainly discussed the importance of administrative ethics education from the point of constructing harmonious society and service government. The third part mainly described the current situation of the administrative ethics education in our country; such as not correctly recognize administrative ethics education, content that can not keep up with date, and administrative ethics education can't distinct training object.The fourth part mainly described the purpose and content of administrative ethics education, whose purpose is service personality, whose foundation is ideal and faith education, whose core is clean education. The five part mainly described the practical path of administrative ethics education, including improving the leadership mechanism, providing organization protection, abiding by the education law, creating good cultural environment, inheriting fine traditional culture and pay attention to promotes administrative ethics example and authority.
