The civilian cadres, who are charge of the professional and technical jobs such as instruction, scientific research, engineering technology, medical treatment, press, publication, culture, art, and PE, etc, is an important part of the modern construction of Armed Police Force in the new era and play an important role of support and promotion during the whole construction of the army.Because of the particularity of cadres in Armed Police Force, many civilian cadres may not serve in army up to the age of retirement and a majority of civilian cadres will retire from active service and transfer to civil job. It can promote undoubtedly the metabolism of cadres to arrange the moderate amount of cadres to transfer from active service for the army. However, it is also inevitable to lead to some relevant problems, for example, some cadres can't work securely and absorbedly, and talents are lost, etc.. Therefore, it is a practical and significant topic to concern about Armed Police Force civilian cadres'idea that they will retire or not, analyze the reasons that cause their intention of civilianization, reserve the talents accordingly, and solve the problems of civilianization to promote civilian cadres to work securely and absorbedly.Starting with the problems mentioned above, adopting the theories such as organization behavior theory, satisfaction degree, organization commitment, and civilianizing intention, etc. of management psychology, this thesis intends to put forward the methods to research issues and hypothesis on the base of consulting and researching plenty of relevant materials. Moreover, on the base of the relevant data which were concluded from the questionnaire, adopting descriptive statistics, variance analysis, relevant analysis, and regression analysis, this thesis probes the present situation of satisfaction degree for job, organization commitment, and civilianizing intention of civilian cadres in Armed Police Force, analyzes the relevant relations and their predicting function for civilianization intention, and proves the hypothesis.According to the result of the study, the thesis concludes that adjusting Armed Police Force civilian cadres'civilianization intention should start with adjusting properly satisfaction degree for job and organization commitment of civilian cadres, reserving and attracting talents need to start with the improvement of satisfaction degree for job and organization commitment of civilian cadres in Armed Police Force, and reducing the problems existing in civilianization of civilian cadres needs to start with lowering satisfaction degree for and organization commitment (e.g. lowering persistent commitment of civilian cadres). In addition, this thesis puts forward the advices and measures to adjust civilianizing intention of civilian cadres in Armed Police Force.
