In the longtime since, there are many drawbacks in our government decision-making which it radically performance in government making decision is not fully considering all kinds of legal consequences may produced after the decision- making, and which caused significant loss of the nation and the people. In 2010, the state council issued the opinions on strengthening the construction of the government under the rule of law, in which puts forward to want to perfect the administrative decision-making risk evaluation mechanism. This paper, through the analysis of the characteristics of administrative decision-making risk and the causes of the decision risk, put forward any suggestion to prompt administrative decision path democratization, scientific and the rule of law by improving the quality of administrative decision makers, establishing and perfecting the administrative decision procedure, perfecting administrative decision legal supervision, etc, which can to a certain extent of administrative decision-making risk to guard against.
