Many extreme cases in house expropriation on state-owned land are because of the insufficiency in compensation. How to protect the right of subject being expropriated is still worthy to be researched. So this dissertation researches the issue of compensation of house expropriation on state-owned land as following parts: the first part is brief introduction. This part introduces the background/ current situation and main content. The second part is questions to be answered. This part firstly introduces some extreme cases to put forward the topic that how to compensate the subject being expropriated more even and of justice. The third part is fundamental theories of expropriation and compensation. This part researches some basic theories of expropriation and compensation, including the definition of expropriation and compensation and the theories of administrative expropriation, the definition of public interest. The fourth part is the principles of compensation in house expropriation on state owned land. Those principles are principle of fair, justice and publicity, principle of market price, principle of independent estimate, principle of parties participation and principle of compensation first and removal second. The fifth part is the subject, object and procedure. This part maintains that the government should be the subject of compensation, and the scope of compensation should be expanded. The parties'right should be well-protected. The sixth part researches some special issue, such as the definition of public interest and trust benefit protection.
