The Analysis And Research Of China Men's Basketball Team Offense And Defence Conversion In The 29^th Olympic Games

Using literature and data, video statistics, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods to analysis games among China Men's Basketball team and six teams which competed it:the United States, Angola, Lithuania, Greece, Germany, Spain in 20th Olympic Games.Puting six games as an object of study, analysis Chinese Men's Basketball team with their rivals about the offensive and defensive conversion in the 29th Olympic Games. Such as while the switch from defensive to attack, the Chinese national team in steals, blocks, turnovers, way of getting ball, fouls etc. And the analysis of ability to score from defensive to offensive, attack frequency and efficiency of fast-break frequency and efficiency, the former rebound, after rebounds, assists, etc. Speed and efficiency are two indicators to measure the conversion with offensive and defensive in this study. It was found that China men's basketball team still have the problems as following:First, China's men's basketball team still has a big gap between the rivals in the sense of attack and defense conversion. Second, China's men's basketball team has a big gap between other top teams in speed and efficiency in the offensive and defensive conversion. Third, offensive and defensive tactical approaches are rather single which made the opponents can take advantage of it and had implementation of corresponding defensive attack tactics; Fourth, in intensive environment, the level of individual technical and tactical ability in China men'basketball team can not compete with their counterparts; Five, the individual level of technology of defenders in China men's basketball team needs to be raised; Six, physical ability of China men's basketball team is not as good as their rivals.Finally, a number of measures are put forward to improve China men's basketball offense and defense conversion levels:raising awareness of attack and defense conversion; increase research inputs; enhance learning exchanges; strengthen basic skills training; increase physical training and enlarge reserve personnel.
