In recent years, the leaving events of deaf students occurred frequently all over the country. The news about deaf students leaving their homes or schools was reported from time to time. Moreover the phenomenon has the trend of spreading from large schools to small schools and from higher grade deaf students to lower grade deaf students. Though schools established very strict management system, this kind of events frequently happened. So, this phenomenon has not only become toughest problem for special schools in different areas but also is a huge problem for teachers and parents to solve. Apart from the large spending of energy and financial resources to look for them, it influences the stability of the deaf students who are still study in schools. That is the biggest problem it caused. What's more, the leaving of deaf students has great effects on the daily work of schools and the normal life of their family. The leaving of deaf students gives bad suggestions to their schoolmates who are in schools. This become a vicious circle and deepens the contradiction between schools and parents. Some deaf students are cheated to be join criminal gangs after leaving schools and become an endanger of the society from victims. Teachers, schools and families even ministry of public security have tried their best to prevent it, but there is little effect. While people sighed with regrets they can't help asking:why on earth these deaf students will flee? How to prevent them from leaving? Investigating its reason, it is because we don't search into the deeper reason of this social phenomenon. Therefore, to solve this phenomenon from its origin, it is necessary for us to do something from fountainhead and find out the original reasons.This topic attempts to systematic study on problems that deaf students' leave schools, deaf students rob or steal and take drugs and so on. This topic uses means of documentation, questionnaire, cases research and experience conclusion to explore reasons of this phenomenon and come up with methods of preventing deaf students from leaving schools. This topic researches on special schools' practicing "people-oriented" education concept, improving scientific management level, constructing harmonious campus and reducing the harm of deaf students to the society. It contributes important practical significance to special schools and society.
