The National Games of the People's Republic of China (PRC),can be shortened the National Games. It has the highest level and biggest scales than any other games in china. The National Games developed from"Sport are beneficial to building our bodies"to"Improve the competency, to built a Chinese-style socialism", to"harmonious china, mass spots."The National Games play an important part in developing Chinese sports and social development. With the Documentary analysis and Delghi technique ,Case study , ect. This study conducted a profound analysis on the National Games since 1949, and included the following several parts:First: Based on the changing social develop and the changing core functions of the National Games. The results indicated that the National Games experienced two heig- hts since1949; overall stagnation during the cultural revolution; the initial developpm- ent since the reform and opening-up; the rapid development with deepen reform; link past and future after the Olympic;Second: The modern National Games exist these questions: the scale of it is too big to bear; the utilization is not reasonable ; the function is narrow and limited; the stadiu m esit a lot of questions; the attend qualification of colleges is limited. ect.Tired: With the changing social environment , the management system and operati- on mechanism of the National Games need adjust and amend; need to use the compet- ition and demand system and price mechanism, make good use of the social sports recourse; need to develop tradition culture, help the mass sports develop. and play im- portant role in cultivating people good social competition consciousness. The building venues need to consider actual economic conditions and all resources, and combin the body-building with the venue; adjust the restrict, hand allow the colleges students base on NCAA attend National Games...
