Shot put movement is a competitive movement which concentrated speed, strength, explosive force and the coordinated ability, at the same time, it is a heavy equipment strength sex throwing event. In recent years, the world first-class scientific research personnel, the coaches and athletes explore and excavate human being's potential from different aspect continuously, breakthrough the "high-point" grade in the sports training course constantly, meanwhile,focused on training and using the athlete's special technology. Cheak the literature nowadays, discovering that the whole technique of shot-putter are less, the sample of this search is three shot-put athletes who had paticipated in the 2009 ji nan national sports games, their shot put techniques basically representing currently the excellent female shot put athlete's technique character. The woman shot put is the national key research projects,the grades of ji nan national sports games's shot-put champion Gong Lijiao,1st runner-up Li Meiju, third winner Li ling are distinguish for the 20.35 ms,19.38 ms and 18.97 ms.Gong Lijiao breakthrough 20 meters mark indicated she have real strenght to come to the top on big match in the world.This search using high-speed camera to analysis and diagnose the throwing technique of three players, trying to provide technique backing and service for their createds more excellent result. Therefore,3-d kineamatic research to shot put technique from the angle top of 3D kinematics is very necessary and practical.Main research method:1,literature method.2,David blaine set machine 3d video measuring method.3,interviews with experts.4,3d kinematics analysis.5,mathematical statistics.The results of the study indicate that:1, In the slide stage,Gong lijiao and Li Meiju's the highest speed of left leg appear before the right leg rmnot from the ground, explains the pendulum pedal coordinate technology is good, the effect of sliding technique is well, but the highest speed of Li ling swinging leg appear in the right pedal from the earth moments, left leg swinging way is not reasonable.Gong lijiao's technique characteristic which appeared at the slippery step is that the glissade velocity is low and fast, the angle of pedal of Li Ling is bigger, the last body jacks up severity,The speed of Gong Lijiao and Li Meiju control better in slippery step, The velocity rhythm of Li Ling is not very good.2,The moment of Li Ling and Li Mei Ju's right foot hit the ground body center of gravity velocity and shot put velocity are more differ and effect to outstrip apparatus operative effect.The slippery step of Li Mei Ju, Li Ling distance short, the velocity of slippery step is slow and act amplitude is small.Li Ling still has a technique question that the angle of torso pitch is small.3, Champion Li Ling,her body lift higher when right foot hits the ground in the last transition period,the amplitude that the body tiltings backward is smaller, thus to minish the accelerative capability toward jaculatory direction.The three athlete right coxa velocity to current athlete are aller greater than left coxa velocity in transition period,which is advantageous to coxa axis of abscissae's making longer to be available of the outstripping of shoulder axis of abscissae and the body muscles, but Gong Lijiao's transit time are longer, the Li Ling's transition period body center of gravity movement is apart from smaller, time is shorter, which all effected transition period whole working effect.4. The kinetism that keeping glissade posture of Gong lijiao is better than Li meiju and Li ling in the transitional stage.Li ling's torso premature open in transitional stage, special technical of trunk control ability is insufficient, Li Meiju and Li ling's torso raise too high in the transition process, which swayed the quality of technical. Li ling transition technical movement range is the smallest. Transition step is the key to link slide and the last strength of techniques, have a connecting link between the preceding action, it can directly related to the effective use of the slide of shot put the speed and the effectiveness of the last strength, good transition technology can keep or increase speed of equipment in the sliding appropriately.5, Li Mei Ju, Li Ling's body center of gravity hegh-speed once appeared too early and upside lift premature in the beginning of the final stage, didn't concentrate the point on the forward moving of the coxa.In the finally step,the three current athlete's right coxa, right shoulder, right elbow and velocity of 41inks are gradual to raise, energize's sequence is reasonable, this is the performance of high horizontal technique character of athlete.6, The left ankle, left knee and left coxa of Gong lijiao streched comparatively enough, the pedal is actively. In the final stage, the moment of left foot touch the earth when the angle of right knee of three people is reasonable. The right hip Angleof Gong Lijiao is big,which can make hip big top up, increased the distance of last strength in the working, And even though her upside lifted too high,the distance beween two foot is too short, is still incapability make up the defect that she finally makes an effort operate distance short.7, The final stage of shot-putting,Gong Lijiao's whole action is best, but three people's left supporting pedal techniques is not very ideal, the moment of shot exists different degree of hip flexion bending phenomenon, which has impact the force effect. The time spended in thelast stage Gong Lijiao and Li Meiju are close to world-class player, as for Li lingchampion, the margin is bigger 8,Diagnose the status quo,merits and demerits of three players's teachnique scientificly will help to further improve their performance.
