"Employment is the foundation of the people's livehood" is poninted out during the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The CPC central committe headed by the general secretary -Hu Jintao attach great importance to the employment,and point out that employment is the basic precondition and the aprroach for improving people's life.The government should take the employment which concerns the stable development of the social reform as the strategic task and implement the long-term policies for improving the employment. As the transformation of the society, the reform of the personnel employment system and the leap-forward development of the higher education, now the employment of the graduates who rank in the high-end of human resources become more prominent.Previously various problems are invisible in the employment of college graduatesin, however, currently those problems are exposed continually,becoming the major issues of our society in the transformation period.Especially after the "increasing enrollment" implemented by the universities and the colleges, the employment situation of graduates goes severe and the employment rate declinescontinuously. "Employment headache" has become a derivative phenomenon in the rapid development of the higher education.In order to clarify the employment problems of the graduates, this paper studies them in the perspective of information management, because as the the explosive growth of the information, we must have the effective control and management of the information and promote it to flow in circulating way. For the employment of the graducates, we should develop and maintain the job information, then investgate the reason of the" employment headache" based on the informaton. Only managing the employment information of the gradutates well, we can take advantage of the information and improve the employment of the graduates.With the object of Anhui University and establishing the information communication model, this paper analyzes the problems this between graduates and employers during the early, later and medium period and the reasons combining with the human capital theory, the screening theory,the asymmetric information theory. Lastly, this paper sums up the studying processes, approaches and methods and proposes the ideas and strategies of solving the problems ,hoping to give some guidance for the graduates, the employer, the univesities and colleges, the government during the employment activities.This paper has six parts. The main content is as follows:Part 1:Introduction. It mainly summerizes the research background, objective, significance, the research ideas and methods, innovation points, and related document,which lays a good theoretical basis for the study.Part 2:The theory summary of the employment problem of the college graduates. This part further probes into the theoretical support for the problem of the employment information management, mainly including the human capital theory, screening theory and asymmetric information theory.Part 3:The analysis of the employment information model. It mainly covers the connotation of the employment information communication, the communication models and the analysis, the influencing factors of the information communication.Part 4:The research and analysis of the information communicaton model with the target of Anhui University. Based on the research and analysis of Anhui University's graduates and the employer, this part points out the problems and the reasons of the information communication during the its early, medium,later period and of the communucation mechanism itself.Part 5:The strategies for the problem of the employment information management,It mainly covers the strategies of information management in the early period, in the medium period, in the later period and the mechanism itself.Part 6:Conclusion.
