It is very important to strengthen the training teacher team construction for primary and secondary school principals. This work can advance the "principal training" and professional development of the headmaster. Entering the 21st century, there are new principal training trends over the world and in our China there are also new development to the principal training. These all put forward new requirements before us. On the basis of previous studies, by analyzing experience and existing problems of teacher team construction of principal training, it is very meaningful work for us to raise a new target and strategy of teacher team construction of principal training.This study adopts literature, questionnaire, interview, reference and statistical analysis and other methods. Firstly, the paper analyzes concretely the X city training center status (a representative of the principal training of teacher team). Secondly, it sums up teachers training construction's achievements and problems. Thirdly, it introduces teacher team construction of principal training theory and experience from developed countries such as Britain and the USA. Fourthly, through combining the various needs of principal training work it puts forward the ideal conditions of teacher team construction of principal training and the countermeasures how to realize ideal conditions.In order to build both full-time and part-time high quality training teachers team with a rational structure, excellent business. Author displays ideal conditions of teacher team construction of principal training. The training teachers should be not only "professionalism"--high professional requirements but also "complexity" and "capability"-- very strong management and organization ability. They should also have abundance educational practice experience, super teaching art. Furthermore we should introduce self-development into improving training teacher dynamical mechanism and construct a set of flexible organizational system covered by enough funds. Eventually this system must emphasize relatively high self-development of freedom.
