Functional Perspective Primary Education Management Information Standards Developed

With the rapid development and popularization of information technology, the school educational management informatization attracts more and more attention. Its aim is to apply information technology in every aspect in school management, optimizing the management process, improving teaching and management efficiency, to achieve the goal that sharing information, data and resources between different departments. Various departments also launched a series of standards to promote its development. Based on the study of the original standards, this paper proposes a new functional perspective to formulate the educational management informatization standard in primary school.Firstly, according to researching on domestic and foreign relevant standards and specifications, referring to the different development stages of educational informatization, the paper finds different standards in different stages. Therefore, the practice-oriented stage should be guided by functional standards.Secondly, this paper has done a series of preparatory work in order to do the research. Such as make the purpose of research clearly, point out the principle of the research, and introduce the main research method—he group discussion method.Then, Chapter 4 of the thesis focuses on the detail description of the functional standard. Standard experienced the transformation from facing the support platform to facing the basic data. And divide the standard into level 1 level 2 level 3 and level 4 indicators, realize modular function, functional management and feasible operation. In order to facilitate the implementation of the standard in primary school, we propose the standard system oriented to the practice.Finally, this paper summarizes the research work. Due to the research process and the standard themselves, there are more works need I do in the future.
