Experiment Research Of Dynamic Hierarchical Teaching Method In The Volleyball General Technology Teaching In The Physical Education Department Of College

Generally, volleyball teaching of college sports department still adheres to the traditional sports skill teaching methods which uses the teaching method of one size fits and neglects the students'differences caused by height, weight, intelligence, sport motivation, sports experience and different interest. The teaching process and the teaching design basically focus on how to teach sports technology and knowledge to students and emphasis on technology learning, neglecting the sport's own characteristics; Moreover, professional teaching cuts down teaching time of technical courses in the colleges of our country. For this, there are some difficulties to keep the high quality in the volleyball general technology teaching. Depending on the rare traditional teaching method already can not adapt the need of the development of curriculum reform.The author tries to change volleyball teaching status in the goal-directed positioning and the passing of the sports culture. This research mainly adopts questionnaire, literature data method, experimental teaching method and mathematical statistics method and so on,. In the volleyball general technology teaching, adopting dynamic layered teaching and traditional teaching method, through the analysis of volleyball basic technology (passing, mat ball, serve, spiking) learning and two groups of students' self-confidence and learning motivation between the comparative classes and experiment classes, finding that there are remarkable differences, every comparative contents in the experiment classes are better than those in the comparative classes. The experimental results show that dynamic layered experiment teaching can improve students' interest in the sport of volleyball and inspire their participation enthusiasm, improve the results of volleyball basic skills. The teaching method is feasible and effective.
