With the further development of China's reform and opening up, and influenced by a large number of sex information, the development of the adolescents'sex mental health are affected by many aspects of the bad environment, some new problems occur and the traditional sex values and sex education model are challenged.Through the schools that provided literature and adopting the methods of surveys, we can understand that, at present sexual physiological development of the adolescents tends to be early maturing, but the psychological maturity is lagging behind. And certain psychological biases occur to the students when they communicate with the opposite sex. However, when they face the sexual concept, most of them are very open. But the sexual self-control in sex weakened. Since lacking of sex education at home, the lagging-behind school sex education system, the old concepts of education cannot meet the needs of adolescents in learning sexual knowledge, and is not good for adolescents to form correct sexual knowledge, healthy sexual psychology, sense of responsibility in sexual moral concepts, making many adolescents have the problems in sexual ignorance, sexual confusion, sexual errors and other issues such as unmarried sex, teenage pregnancy, sexually transmitted AIDS and sexual crimes are becoming increasingly serious. Therefore, to probe into sex education management strategies suitable for our country for ensuring the effective implementation in sex education has become an important issue to be solved.Through analysis of adolescents'sexual psychology and sex education status, adopting the questionnaire method, and using Excel and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS12.0 to compile statistics and analyze the results of the surveys in detailed, we will analyze the sexual psychology and sex education status of the adolescents in our country, then we will combine the actual situation in our country, put forward some improved and specific measures for family, schools and social sex education for the adolescents. Then we will apply related theoretical knowledge in psychological theory and ideological and political education, combining with surveys analysis method, and put forward the sex education measures. We will focus on illustrating that the parents and educators should be free from shyness, establish a correct concept of sex education to help adolescents to form correct sexual concepts, reduce sexual curiosity of the adolescents, strengthen adolescents'self-protection awareness and sense of responsibility, while the society should clear a cultural entertaining market place for the adolescents and strengthen the supervision of the network environment. Meanwhile, the society should form the interpersonal influences and social consensus so as to create a healthy growth environment for the development of adolescents'sexual psychology.
