The 21st century is the era of technological innovation.international competition is More and more intense.Science and technology competition is the talent competition, talent competition is education of the competition.Rural basic education is an important part of education in China.primary and secondary education in rural areas relates to the success or failure of education in China. "The State Council on Further Strengthening Rural Education Education of Decision "issued back in September 2003. The provisions of the first part:make sure that Construction of Rural Education is an important position in the Well-off society. Rural education is as a top priority.It indicate that Rural education is basic, leading and important role in overall in building a moderately prosperous society. We should integrate the educational resources Effectively and full play the comprehensive functions of rural schools so that we Increase Operating efficiency.Today, China's cities and towns almost universal use multimedia teaching, However, our rural areas is worrying, It restricts the overall education of our rural. I have three years to support education in yuanyang as a Master of Education.Fortunately,I know the status of implementation of Multimedia teaching in rural primary and secondary. The situation is not optimistic. I use my Special status of teachers.I understand the rural situation of the media teaching by students and some colleagues. I found a lot of subjective and objective reasons which restrict the multimedia teaching in rural primary and secondary schools.To change the effect of primary and secondary education in rural areas,My research intends to propose measures of rural development of multimedia teaching, On the basis of analysis of the situation of implementation of multimedia teaching in rural schools.The structure of this paper is as follows:The first part is an introduction.it Introduces the topics of the background, the reasons for topics, the purpose and significance.it reveals the important role of multimedia teaching.The second chapter is the definition of the concept of multi-media teaching and the Understanding of multimedia teaching. Multimedia teaching is a milestone in teaching.The third chapter is my investigation of multimedia teaching in rural primary and secondary cases in the town of yuanyang. From The construction of hardware facilities to the school leadership, teachers. I conducted a detailed investigation,I want to Find the reason that causes behind.The fourth chapter is to identify the cause by analyzing. It carried out some effective measures from the leadership to teachers.adding to Mechanism of competition for teachers, Lifelong Education System,Assessment mechanism and Teacher exchange mechanism. We want to improve the enthusiasm of teachers. Helping urban and rural areas can maintain hardware and reduce the cost of education. To explore a multi-media teaching development which is Suitable for rural primary and secondary schools. Summarize and identify deficiencies at last.
