The unity of instrumental and humanism is the fundamental nature of Chinese curriculum. Then, as an important component of Chinese curriculum in the primary school, Chinese pinyin teaching in the primary school should reflect the unity of instrumental and humanism. However, most of the Chinese pinyin teaching in the past only pay attention to the pronunciation methods and the spell skills of the students, ignored the education about thoughts and feelings.etc, so the Chinese pinyin teaching was in an abstract and boring state relatively, hard to attract the attention of students, it affected the learning interest of the students virtually ,and reduced the learning efficiency,teachers also lost many good chances to carry out other education. How to permeate the humanism in the Chinese pinyin teaching and let the students really willing to learn and learn Chinese pinyin well is a question thought by the author in the process of learning Human Values Education, and try to doing the action research of the integration about Human Values Education and Chinese pinyin teaching in the primary school.This study applies several teaching methods of Human Values Education—"silent thinking","music and songs","stories and anecdotes","quotation and positive affirmation"and"group activities",let the Humanistic value advocated and pushed by the Human Values Education ,and Chinese pinyin teaching in the primary school integrateing Organically, thus certain try and effort is made in changing the tendency of paying attention to the instrumentality but contempting humanism gradually.The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is Introduction, includes genesis,backgroundo,problems, significance ,value and theoretical basis of the study;The second part defines some concept at the first, summarizes the research achievements about Chinese pinyin teaching and the integration of Human Values Education and curriculums in detail;The third part indicates the methods of the study clearly,and designs the whole study,includes object selection, tool design, reliability, validity, promotion degrees and ethical problems of the study;The fourth part discusses and protocols the specific action research plan on the basis of finding and analysing the problems of the Chinese pinyin teaching in the primary school;The fifth part is the implementation of Action research plan,includes the teaching designs and the teaching implementation of the integration about Human Values Education and Chinese pinyin teaching in the primary school, later interview,later test ,the collection and analysis of materials;The sixth part is research conclusions, summarizes the methods and the implementation effect of the integration about Human Values Education and Chinese pinyin teaching in the primary school, in order to get the identity and promotion from more education workers.
