Japanese Teacher Education Policy Research

Japan is the first country in Asia who adopted "teacher education". The word "teacher education" was firstly introduced into Japan in 1970s, and this word is till valid until now. The teaching quality in Japan is in the advanced level in the world, the main reason is that, "group of teachers of qualified, devoted, respectable, and excellent pay and conditions" The teacher education system in Japan is complete, the link of practical teaching is quite standard, and the procedure of teacher certificate is quite strict.The article analysis the history of teaching policies systematically, which from different angles of subjects such as pedagogy, history, science of policy, summarize the discipline of the development of teaching policies of Japanese teachers and inspect the way they make it and the way they carry out.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part will analyze how it came into being and how become rapid development. In part two, it will analysis the policies of cultivar teachers in Japan which has three steps:openness, closeness and new stage of teachers'forming. The article will illustrate the relative policies of appointing teachers in part three and policies and regulations of promoting teachers'attainment in Japan in part four. In the last part, the article analysis the traits of teacher education in Japan and the enlightenment bring to our education.The article draw the conclusion from the research of the traits of teacher education before and after become teachers. We will benefit from the Japanese teacher education policies and it's very helpful for our teacher education and educating teachers systematically, the standardization of practical link and the approval procedure of qualifying for teachers.
