Studies On The Orientation And Construction Of The Core Competitiveness Of Secondary Vocational Schools

Based on the analysis of the background of the development of Secondary vocational schools and the problems emerged during this process, the present thesis introduces the theory of core competitiveness into Secondary vocational schools, and claims that to build the core competitiveness of Secondary vocational schools is the strategic option of the sustainable development of these schools.Borrowing the ideas, theory and methodology of enterprise core competitiveness, the present study unfolds as follows:first, a thorough investigation is done on the connotation of core competitiveness, and the connotation, features and constitutions of Secondary vocational schools, which is used as the basis of the theoretical and the analytical framework of the whole thesis; then, the competitive environment of Secondary vocational schools is analyzed from various aspects, which puts emphasis on the current situation of the Secondary vocational schools in our country, especially the situation of the schools in Hunan province; Based on this, we provide the counter strategies and suggestions on how to form core competitiveness and how to win the advantages of not being defeated by other schools. In the end, combined with our field investigation into Hunan Institution of Commercial Technology, the present study carries out an empirical study.
