Study On Building Education System Of Career Planning Of Guangdong Based On The Satisfaction Of College Students

With the number of student of higher education increasing and socio-economics'development, the situation of taking up an occupation of university graduates becomes more competitive. Career planning is essential for college students. It is worthy studying that how the universities construct education system of career planning to guide and help students plan and design their careers.Based on this, the paper sets student satisfaction as the starting point, and sets the career planning education system research of Guangdong universities as the research object. The paper researches the education system of career planning using theoretical analysis, literature review, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. The paper first analyzes the theory of career planning, and then explores through a questionnaire survey and literature analysis of Guangdong's education, career planning problems, and then learns the experience from America, Japan and Germany. On this basis, the paper proposes some principles that the universities should follow when building the education system of career planning.
