The "9+3" secondary vocational education policy has been implemented for nearly three years in Tibet of Sichuan Province. On the basis of the Nine-year compulsory education, the Tibetan students could receive free vocational education for three years. The government affords tuition fees, living costs and transportation, accommodation, books and other miscellaneous grants for the students. The policy is the new development of minority education policies in mainland school. This paper will describe the experiences of the intercultural implementation of the policy deeply.The study investigates the process of the policy implementation, describes the status of the students' adaptation of life, study and culture from Tibetan, analyzes the reasons, and summarizes the effective experience of how to help the students to adapt well in school. On the basis of the work, present the general characteristics of the policy implementation, and try to raise the general countermeasures for national education policy intercultural implementation.This thesis is written in seven chapters. It begins with the introduction of the main issue in chapter1, the literature review and the research methods of thesis are given too. Chapter2present the theory of the study, the background of the policy are given in Chapter3. Chapter4describes the process of the policy implementation deeply. Chapter5analyzes the reasons. Chapter6summarizes the achievements and experience of the case school, and last the thesis tries to raise the general countermeasures for national education policy intercultural implementation in Chapter7.
