Digital TV technology continues to progress, making industries'business related flourishing. Comparing with cable digital TV's limited region and satellite digital TV's policy control, the terrestrial digital TV has more flexible development and more innovative business. Currently, a variety of ongoing new media business models not only find a new economic bright spot for digital TV industry, but also make the development of terrestrial digital TV a broad prospect.This subject designing DVB-T receiver based on network transmission takes full account of the common techniques'features between DVB-T standards and China's terrestrial digital TV DTMB standard. It can help to master the system architecture of terrestrial digital TV's broadcasting transmission and technical approach through researching on DVB-T receiver system. Firstly, the paper gets the index system, which needed by high-frequency receiver, by analyzing on DVB standard and the principle of COFDM modulation.Then, the paper finishes the expansion circuit design, which surrounded by Samsung tuner DNOS504ZM021A, on the base of FPGA hardware processing platform. The receiver's software design carries out around three parts, which include TS extraction module, TS de-multiplexing module and network transmission DM9000A's control module. Meanwhile, the paper researches on the control registers'configuration methods of internal PLL and channel demodulator and decoder chip MT352, makes full use of the flexibility of SOPC embedded system's development, proceeding the soft design of TS extraction in NIOS environment. Taking into account of working's real-time in de-multiplexing part, the system takes hardware logic modules to describe the function of de-multiplexing, and transfers the de-multiplexing information to the top layer of PC by controlling the onboard network chip DM9000A, completing the network communication between embedded development platform and the host computer. In the mean time, it could facilitate the audio and video data for further image reduction processing on PC.It combines the SOPC system solutions based on FPGA with integrated digital tuner, making corresponding research work on the signal receiving,TS extraction and de-multiplexing for transport stream in terrestrial digital TV receiver, giving the system data's validation and analysis. At the same time, the paper can provide a more flexible solution for long-distance data transmission by network connection to the upper PC.
