Rumor is an old phenomenon of information dissemination, which almost at the same agewith the history of human beings. In the information society with internet's high-speed prosperity,the speed of rumor's dissemination is increasing, the affected range is expanding, the socialimpact is deepening, rumor even can form huge damage to the healthy social order and normalpublic life within extremely short time. To some extent, internet has already become the mainplatform of rumor's dissemination.
