Digital archives is the computer technology and network communication technology developed rapidly, its emergence and development is not only a fundamental change from the archives service mode of archives information resources and access method, but also for the archives information resources sharing brings a broader space for development. Information service is the realization of digital archives value basic way, also is the information resource of digital archives are widely used tools necessary.
