Development Of Structure And Control System Of Intelligent Logging Unblocking Device

Based on the actual situation that the well logging instrument is blocked on its way downto the well,by using electrical integration technology,we put forward an intelligent loggingunblocking device which integrated with detection technology,control technology andmechanical technology.We completed the desion on mechanical structure,the desion ondetection system and control system software and hardware development of intelligentlogging unblocking device. When the well logging instrument can not go down to the oil wellor is blocked,the system can dredge the way of the well and then enable the well logginginstrument go down to the oil well successfully.We designed mechanical structure and checked key parts of logging unblockingdevice.And the same time,three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly of loggingunblocking device were finished by software SolidWorks.Intelligent logging unblocking device mainly including detection system and controlsystem. The acceleration sensor MMA7455L as the core of detection system and themicrocontroller C8051F410as the core of control system.The role of detection and controlsystem is detect the speed and accelerate of logging unblocking device.When the acclerationis less than threshold,start the DC motor and drive drill work normolly.When the sensor detectvalue of accleration recover standard,stop DC motor work.The single-chip C8051F410as thecore of control system,mainly including motor drive modules,data storage module,powermodule,reset circuit,the DC motor PWM control speed module,serial interfacecommunication section and so on.Between C8051F410and MMA7455L accleration is I Ccommunication,the sensor detect value of accleration transmitted to the MCU to judge.If thethreshold is reached,the microcontroller to drive the DC servo motor work.We designed detect acceleration experiment and using softwate C++Builder to complete the simulation experiment and physical prototype experiment in the laboratory.all theexperiments show that the development of intelligent logging unblocking device meet thedesign requirements.
