A large number of studies show that the Earth,s temperature gets warmer andwarmer during the last one hundred years. Especially in the North Hemisphere. As adominating proportion of the land ecosystem, the study of the vegetation holds thebalance in the study of the global Climate changes.What is the relationship amongVegetation Change and the climate factor in Jinshajang River Basin of Yunnan.Inthe paper, MODIS MOD13A3data between2000-2009as the source ofinformationon vegetation changes, base on the data of precipitation and temperature. By usingthe the linear regression, correlation analysis,with the support of arcGIS technology,analysis the vegetation changes from different time and space in Jinshajang RiverBasin of Yunnan over the past decade, reveals the vegetation change cover and itsrelationship with climate change. The main results are as follows:1. temperature rule of distribution:The maximum and minimum temperature in Julyand January respectively in Jinshajang River Basin of Yunnan over the past decade;The average temperature has been increased from January to July,the highest July,fro-m July to December has been decreased. In all, the Monthly average temperatureof linear trend to increase,but April. the greatest change in May, Then September.The other month trend change is relatively flat.2.The precipitation rule of distribution: The maximum and minimum precipitationnrule in July and January in Jinshajang River Basin of Yunnan over the pastdecade,then December; As same as the temperature rule of distribution,the averageprecipitation rule has been increased from January to July,the highest July, from Julyto December has been decreased. In general,the monthly average precipitationFebruary, April,July, Eleven,Twelve of the precipitation trend slope is positive,butothers negative. The greatest change trend slope in May, followed by September.3.Distribution Law of NDVI:The Statistical Analysis of NDVI from2000to2009in near ten years showed that annual variation characteristics of NDVI values of thestudy area, and comes to the conclusion that the NDVI values is0.557-0.588in Jinshajang River Basin of Yunnan over the past decade from2000to2009, Whichgood vegetation cover years appeared in2008and2009, And the highest NDVI is0.588in2008, the land vegetation covers were best; The poor vegetation cover of theyear in2003and2006,and the minimum value NDVI is0.557in2006, the landvegetation covers were worst, the change trend of vegetation coverage verysmall.4.Study on the relationship between NDVI and temperature、precipitation:The Analysis of temperature、precipitation、NDVI data reveals that the change ofNDVI and Precipitation and Annual mean temperature of study area in2000-2009.The over all fluctuation showed that the change tendency of temperature andNDVI have a relatively good agreement, meanwhile the change trend of precipitationand NDVI also has certain agreement. the spatial correlation of four season of thetemperature, Precipitation and NDVI is weak, but is different, They has differentproportions of each size. This shows that the correlation vegetation NDVI and thesame period temperature of each season of is not the same.
