| With the national second land use survey and constant storing of cadastral data, currently comprehensive database has been established for levels of nation, province, city and county. However, keeping cadastral database current situation is a significant prerequisite for cadastral database to work well, so dynamic update of cadastral data in the future use of the cadastral database will be urgent for the construction of cadastral management information system. In addition, it is difficult for the cadastral management information system which is based upon Web to guarantee the safety of cadastral database and the consistency in the process of updating due to lack of the transaction support for cadastral data updating.The goal of this paper is to establish a complete set of cadastral data updating mechanism which can meet the needs of history cadastral data management, cadastral data updating topology linkage and cadastral data quality control. Moreover, cadastral database updating will be realized in the situation of Web by using distributed transaction processing technology.To solve the above objective, specific research contents are as follows:(1) In this paper, the author makes research and analysis on the current popular temporal data model and chooses the appropriate temporal data model for cadastral data management.(2) This paper analyzes topology relationships among layers of cadastral data, establishes topology linkage rules for parcel changing of cadastral data, makes research on quality control rules of cadastral data and describes the procedure of cadastral data quality control during the cadastral data update process.(3) This paper constructs a cadastral information management system based on the technology of asp.net, arcgis server, RIA. The author focuses on cadastral data updating process and service construction and tries to achieve the updating function using WCF transaction mechanism in accordance with distributed transaction theory. |
