Since single-layer graphene was successfully manufactured in 2004, graphene has excited scientist" wide attention and interest for its unique mechanical:electronic and optical properties. In this thesis we study the properties of the graphene materials by Dirac equation and show dynamic behavior of the Dirac equation in Graphene. Under a square potential barrier, we use transfer matrix to study the tunneling effect of the graphene. We find the transmission coefficient changes with the incident particle energy, the width and height of the barrier, which is no different from the published literature. At the same time, we also study the tunneling effect of the two and more barriers and want to acquire the changes of transmission coefficient with its energy, width and height. We find under the existing of the resonance level, it has resonance peak and its location changes with the incident particle energy, the width and height of the barrier. Given other related parameters, the more height of the barrier and the more numbers of the resonance peak. At the same time, this thesis also in detail explain the context of the Klein paradox by Graphene. We think the graphene material is the importance of the design of nanodevices.
