Fuzzy mathematics is a mathematical subject which deal with the fuzzyphenomena using mathematical methods. Fuzziness means existing in the reality ofunclear phenomena. Such as "stable" and "unstable","healthy" and "unhealthy". It isdifficult to delimitate them clearly and use classical mathematics to describe. Theapplication of fuzzy mathematics is very extensive: such as economic, energy,management and so on. The various results of fuzzy mathematics applications providethe more powerful the scientific basis for the production and living.This paper is divided into three parts:Part I: Fuzzy mathematics method is applied to the study of mineral resources,and explore the relationship between element Mn and other elements in a mining areaof Yunnan through establishing a model, According to the geochemical data andregression theory to establish fuzzy regression model, Obtain the fuzzy regressionmodel through the triangular fuzzy number and the application of linear programmingmethod of fuzzy coefficient regression equation. Finally, evaluate the result. Thecalculation error is1.05%;Part II: Obtain a classic regression model through classic regression analysisresearch the geochemical data, calculation error is26.68%;Part III: the correlation analysis, through the software SPSS14.0calculated thecorrelation coefficient between element Mn and other elements and judge therelationship between the access the equation elements and element Mn;Conclusion: the apply fuzzy regression model to analyst data, in the calculationprocess, combine the fuzzy linear programming model and regression model. Applythe relationship between the regression and linear programming to the actual data ofthe calculation process. the model will have small errors when solving triangular fuzzy coefficient.To do classic regression analysis for data, obtain the average error of the model is26.68%. Compared to the fuzzy regression model error1.05%, It is larger error. Sothe result of fuzzy regression model is relatively better.In the fuzzy regression model, in addition to the elements Cd W Hg otherelements access into the equation, but Mn and Cu Zn Sn Ag Bi related coefficientwere greater than0.75and the related degree is high, belong to the derivativerelationship; Mn and Mo As Sb Pb related coefficient is less than0.65, frommathematical explanation, belong to the symbiotic relationship; Elements Cd W Hgare not into the equation that three kinds of elements has no correlation with Mnelement, It belongs to the symbiotic relationship, the conclusion has somesignificance for mineral resources.
