In order to study in a single species heterogeneity of landscape space spread, compared to the results of mean field approximation model and pair approximate, and researching the species of the invasion speed and invasion possibility. This study are choosing the representative of the domain and eight neighborhood when the spread of the species, established the ideal cellular automata model, and compare with the mean field approximate and paire approximation when the global density and the local density changed by the birth rate and mortality ratio, through the analysis, the result of pair approximation is better than mean field approximation when approximate the result of cellular automaton model in the domain neighborhood, but in eight neighborhood the differences of the three models is not so obvious, pair approximation can still approximate better the result of cellular automata model. Using cellular automata model analysis invasion possibility, analysis in different global density and local density, the species of successful invasion possibility, when the global density and local density is higher, the probability of invasion success id bigger. Using cellular automata model analysis in eight neighborhood, species invasion speed, and use edge pair approximate model and common pair approximate to approximate model to the analysis results, getting the results of edge pair approximate is more close to the cellular automata model simulation results, and two pair approximation model are to overestimate the speed of the species invasion.
