This article derived from observed and inversed the Rayleigh lidar data of the middle atmosphere over Nanjing more than two years. Analysis to determine the conclusion of the wavelet denoising of Rayleigh lidar data should be used for the Birge-Massart strategy for threshold selection, and the use of soft threshold for processing. Compare to the SNR and different reference points on the temperature profile in the temperature inversion, determined the reference point selected in the height is greater than40km and SNR more than10. Inversion the atmospheric density profile and temperature profile which at19on December19th,2009. Compared the inversion results whit MSISE-90and AIRS data showed better consistency, in which the30km-40km between the relative errors is less than1%. The average daily temperature profile, in which add up the middle atmospheric temperature profile statistics on December19th,2009, the gap with MSISE-90up to5, verify the reliability of the algorithm and system. Inversed the continuous observation data of the middle atmosphere from19:20to20:20on December19th, and the results showed that the overall trend of the short time of middle atmospheric temperature remained stable. Comparative the data of the middle atmosphere over Nanjing, in which from March to May2010-2011, and from October to December2009-2011, the average monthly changes of middle atmospheric temperature profiles show that the middle atmosphere over the spring in Nanjing, autumn temperature trend is consistent. As stratospheric temperatures on a downward trend, the middle layer showed an upward trend, and the contrary temperature trends changes between winter and autumn. Analysis the data of the middle atmosphere temperature from March2011to January2012, discovery of the explosive warming phenomenon happen on the middle atmosphere stratospheric region over Nanjing in March and April. And it exist seasonal fluctuations, the minimum fluctuations in July, but the maximum in December. The middle layer is cold in the middle atmosphere in the summer of June, and the middle layer change to heat in November. The preliminary study of gravity wave disturbances were used by Rayleigh lidar observations through the night of November30th,2011and January4th,2012. Find out the gravity waves of amplitude and phase information by Hilbert spectral analysis from temperature relative perturbation profile. The result compare with the temperature profile changes all night, speculated that gravity waves crushing and energy dissipation caused by changes in the middle atmosphere temperature fluctuations. Find out the correspond relationship between the contour changes and the boundary time of gravity wave phase changes. Preliminary characterize disturbance situation of the middle atmospheric gravity wave over Nanjing.
